These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Keystone Research Supply LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, doing business as Keystone Research Supply and Keystone Aminos (“Keystone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this site or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Use — Research Use Only

All products supplied by Keystone are sold exclusively For Research Use Only (RUO) and are intended solely for in vitro research, laboratory study, and experimental purposes consistent with 21 CFR and applicable U.S. federal guidelines. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food. Products are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, prevention, cure, or treatment of any disease or medical condition. Refer to our Compliance & RUO Policy for the full statement.

2. Account Eligibility & Verification

Catalog access is granted only to verified research accounts. You must be at least 21 years of age and acting in a research capacity (e.g., independent researcher, academic institution, contract research organization, or licensed laboratory). You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Mandatory RUO Attestation

Before purchasing any product, you must complete and sign the RUO attestation. By signing the attestation, you certify that products will be used solely for in vitro research and that you will not administer, transfer, sell, or otherwise make products available for human or veterinary consumption.

4. No Resale; No Redistribution

You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or otherwise transfer products to any third party for human consumption, veterinary use, or any non-research use. Resale of products to consumers for personal use is strictly prohibited.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, compliance concerns, pricing errors, or insufficient inventory. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Shipping

Products ship from our facility in Las Vegas, NV. Shipping is limited to jurisdictions where the sale of research-use peptides is permitted. You are responsible for ensuring that receipt of products in your jurisdiction is lawful.

7. Returns

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion in cases of shipping damage or quality defect documented on the published Certificate of Analysis. Contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a claim.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of any product, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “as is” with the published Certificate of Analysis as the sole representation of identity and purity. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as required by applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keystone from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use or misuse of products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
