Privacy Policy

Keystone Research Supply LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Keystone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information. Name, email address, organization, role, shipping and billing addresses, and password.
  • Verification information. Information submitted during researcher access verification and the signed RUO attestation.
  • Order information. Products purchased, batch numbers, prices, shipping carrier and tracking numbers, and order history.
  • Payment information. Bank-transfer reference numbers, invoice identifiers, and (for crypto payments) on-chain transaction hashes. We do not accept card payments and do not store card numbers.
  • Usage and device information. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and cookie identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

  • To verify researcher access and process the RUO attestation.
  • To fulfill orders, generate invoices, and arrange shipping.
  • To send transactional communications (order updates, COA notifications, account notices).
  • To detect and prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
  • To improve the site, the product catalog, and the customer experience.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information only as needed with the providers that help us run the business:

  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • FedEx (and other carriers we may add) — shipping and tracking.
  • Banking partners and blockchain networks — bank-transfer settlement and on-chain confirmation of crypto payments. We do not use a card processor.

We do not run third-party analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no third-party advertising pixels, no behavioral trackers.

These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features (such as authentication) will not function without them.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, order, and attestation records for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy our compliance, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These may include the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. 7. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Our site is not directed to anyone under 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 21.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes are indicated by updating the Effective Date.
